♥ Can I ask for custom made Jewellery? And does it cost more?
Yes of course! All of the jewellery is put together by myself, I do not make the pieces but they are unique and very few made. Please send me an email with your requests, and I will quote you a price. The jewellery should take no longer than 2 weeks to reach you.
♥ My order arrived damaged/ I received the wrong item. Can you re-fund / replace it?
Yes, we can replace it in the unlikely event that an item arives damaged, all items are wrapped with bubble wrapped packaging, Please send a photo of the damaged or wrong item. Refunds only available up to 1 week after purchase.
♥ Can I ask for this item with a longer/shorter chain, in a different colour, or with different charms?
Yes, please email your requests after ordering
limited stock, so be quick if you request something different than what is advertised. 
♥ How do I look after my jewellery?
Keep the jewellery in a safe place when you are not wearing it, away from water, dust and sunlight. Do not bath, swim, or wash your hands when wearing the jewellery, as this may damage the charms.
I did not receive my order?
All orders are sent recorded, if your item is lost please let me know so I can contact the post office.
